Europa-Park Stadion

Freiburg's new home replaced the Dreisamstadion, which had been in use since 1903; the club kept the old terraces' atmosphere in a modern shell.

Europa-Park Stadion has been the home of SC Freiburg since 2021, and holds 34,700 spectators for football. The playing surface is grass, and the record attendance of 34,700 was set in a fixture that still gets talked about in Freiburg.

For a matchday, the ground sits in Freiburg and is served by local rail and bus routes; arriving 45 minutes before kick-off is the difference between a queue and a seat. Away supporters are usually housed in one corner block, and the atmosphere is loudest behind the goal at the home end.
